Mar. 18, 2013 - Forum on production technique of brown fused alumina (BFA) was held on Mar. 13, 2013, in Chongshan Hotel, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. The forum was hosted by Refractories Industrial Association of Henan, branch of CMTBA and Henan Refractories Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and more than 60 people related with refractories nation-wide were invited to attend.
Lu Qinhua, Spokesman of the forum, noted that the production of refractories and brown fused alumina should be environmental-friendly and to reduce the dependence on resources. To solve the problem of market turmoil, some measures have to be taken to promote the healthy development of refractories industry through companies led by the market and enterprise transformation.
