Refratechnik delegation paid a visit to Refractories Window

Jul. 27, 2018 - On July 25-26, 2018, Dr Rainer Gaebel (Managing Director of Refratechnik Holding GmbH), Dr Dong Hongbin (GM of Refratechnik Dalian) and Mr. Sun Lu (Sales Manager of Refratechnik Steel GmbH) visited Refractories Window, and were warmly received by Ms Zhao Donglian (President of Tangshan Chenglian), Mr. Wei Yubao (VP of Chenglian), Mr. Zhang Hongwei (CTO of Chenglian), and Ms Cathy Zhang (Director of Refractories Window).

Refratechnik is a leading refractories manufacturer in the world, serving all high-temperature industries, in particular the cement and lime sectors, besides ceramics, iron & steel, aluminium, and non-ferrous metals industries.

Ms Zhao firstly extended her warm welcome to Dr Gaebel and his delegation, made a comprehensive introduction to Chenglian, and then showed the guests around the company's office area.

In the course of communication, Mr Wei introduced the company’s background and its achievements at the current stage, followed by a presentation on business structure and service system, and answers to what Refratechnik concerns. The two sides also exchanged views on current refractories situation and market outlook, and discussed the possible in-depth cooperations in the near future.

Although the visit was during the canicular days in which severe heat wave is common to witness, the continuous drizzle of rain cooled the heat, and the fresh air and comfortable temperature made the meeting more pleasant.

In addition, on the first day of visit, the delegation paid a visit to China Cement Industry Museum located in Tangshan, accompanied by relevant personnel of Refractories Window.
