Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories signs MoU with RIST

Sep. 11, 2023 - On August 29th, 2023, Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories, represented by its Vice President, Mr. Reinaldo Valusigned a Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) with the Research Institute of Industrial Science & Technology (RIST), represented by its President, Mr. Soohi Nam.

With the signing of this MoU, PCR and RIST agreed to accelerate their cooperation to reduce heat-losses, CO2 and NOx emissions. The R&D projects will be centered around the Total Burner Solutions developed by Saint Gobain to improve and optimize their performance in POSCO plants. POSCO and Saint-Gobain have both committed to Carbon Neutrality by 2050.
