Hasle Refractories completes another successful installation of CVF

Dec. 28, 2019 - Another successful installation of Hasle Refractories' Ceramic Vortex Finder (CVF) Generation 1 is complete. This time, Hasle Refractories' experienced Danish supervisor, Tom, secured correct installation of the CVF at a cement plant in Sub Sahara Africa. This plant is a long-time customer, and Hasle is excited to once again supply alkali-, abrasion- and heat-resistant CVF to them.  

HASLE CVF is the Ceramic Dip Tube, consisting of precast refractory elements, casted and pre-fired in our Danish factory. Subsequently, the refractory elements are assembled on-site to form a stable cylinder hanging from the cyclone roof.
