Hasle Refractories: +400 MT installed in one of the largest cement plants in the Middle East

Mar. 26, 2020 - We are proud to announce that despite Corona and oil crisis, and a world under dramatic changes, HASLE has been chosen as preferred supplier for one of our regular customers’ annual overhaul. 

Recently, HASLE supervised the installation of HASLE D59A ht and D52A ht in all the critical, high temperature areas of this cement plant, i.e. the kiln inlet riser, inlet arch, cooler bullnose, kiln hood, cooler front wall, cyclone bullnose, TAD inlet nosering, TAD roof and sidewalls. 

Using HASLE D59A ht and D52A ht has helped this longterm customer of ours eliminate refractory failure in critical zones and extended their refractory lining lifetime significantly. As always, a team of HASLE supervisors provided technical support and supervision during the installation. In total, the cement plant installed approximately 410MT of HASLE castable in 25 days. All materials are based on HASLE's own recipes and manufactured in our state-of-the-art plant in Denmark.
