Jan. 6, 2017 - Marathwada Refractories Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Moumita Sen has resigned from the post of Company Secretary.The Board has accepted her resignation and relieved her of her responsibilities effective from the close of business hours on January 06, 2017. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Ms. Moumita Sen also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
