Nov. 28, 2017 - IFGL Refractories announced that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on 23 December 2017.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
