In order to strenghten our Talent Team (within the Corporate HR Department), we
are currently looking for a passionate RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Objective
To support HR Managers and Hiring Managers (Corporate and all divisions) in their recruitment activities in Europe. To fill vacancies by attracting, sourcing, selecting top candidates and successfully managing strong candidate pipelines. To constantly improve and harmonize recruitment processes across the organization. To ensure an outstanding candidate experience. To attract future talents.
Main tasks
You meet internal stakeholders (HR Managers and/or Hiring Managers) to make a structured briefing, clearly understand their needs, advise them and establish the most appropriate sourcing strategy to fill vacancies
You write clear and striking job advertisements
You screen applications through our ATS (Workday Recruiting)
You manage the whole sourcing activity in order to identify and attract also the best passive candidates on the market
You organize and lead job interviews with candidates to assess their skills, their motivations and the fit with the organization
You effectively manage the candidate relationship through the different steps of the recruitment process
You write a candidate summary for each selected profile and you provide a shortlist to HR Managers
You prepare a weekly reporting on your recruitment activity and you make sure to constantly keep it up to date
You create tailored actions to proactively build and manage talent pools
You recommend and drive improvements and you share best practices across the divisions in order to improve the recruitment efficiency
You support other members of the Talent Team and you are involved in transversal projects
Your profile
Passionate professional with 2-3 years’ successful experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, acquired within a recruitment agency or in-house (preferably in industrial sector)
Master Degree
Multilingual skills: fluent in English and French; German preferred
Good knowledge of the European market and direct experience in sourcing candidates in several European countries. A direct knowledge of the German and/or the Austrian market would be a plus
Proven sourcing skills: excellent knowledge of the main digital sourcing tools and Boolean operators
Previous experience with ATS (Workday Recruiting would be a plus)
Strong candidate management skills
Good assessment skills
Ability to successfully interact with internal stakeholders (both HR community and Hiring Managers)
Ability to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Previous experience in monitoring and improving recruitment KPI’s
Strong communication skills, people oriented, flexible and open mindset, ability to deal with ambiguity ability to bring new ideas, passionate, positive attitude, attention to details, action oriented, drive, autonomy and proactivity, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
