Carborundum Universal Ltd announces resignation of CFO

Jan. 2, 2018 - Carborundum Universal announced that Mr Sridharan Rangarajan will be stepping down as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours of 17 January 2018 as he would be taking up the role of Group - CFO of the Murugappa Group from 18 January 2018.

The Company is in the process of taking necessary steps to fill in the vacancy caused by Mr. Sridharan's movement within the Group.

Shares of CARBORUNDUM UNIVERSAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.371 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 375.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9498 in over 342 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 386.05 and intraday low of 370.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3595949.
