JSW Steel crude steel production rises by 6 pc in Apr 2018

May 11, 2018 - JSW Steel reported a rise of 6 per cent in its Crude Steel production for the month of April 2018 at 13.61 lakh tonnes as compared with 12.88 lakh tonnes for the same month a year ago.

During the month of April 2018, the production of flat rolled products was 9.67 lakh tonnes, compared with 9.32 lakh tonnes, a growth of 4 per cent over corresponding month of previous year, the company said in a filing with BSE. 

The production of long rolled products grew by 9 per cent to 3.24 lakh tonnes as compared with 2.96 lakh tonnes for the same a year ago.
