Aug. 23, 2018 - It is informed that, Ms. Aparna Goel, an Independent Director, no longer meets criteria prescribed to qualify as an independent Director in the Company. 

In view of the said information, she will cease to be Independent Director of the Company but will continue to act as a non Executive Director on the Board of the Company.
