Alteo to increase calcined alumina prices on rising costs

Sep. 18, 2018 - Throughout 2018 alumina production has kept suffering from significant continuous cost increases - in particular bauxite, energy, freight and caustic soda.

Therefore, in a very tight market environment, Alteo will raise prices on its whole product portfolio. Price increases will depend on markets and products and will apply on products shipped as of October 1st, 2018.
