Calcined Alumina and Silica Fume added to DSF Product Range

DSF Refractories & Minerals have recently been appointed as the UK agents to the ceramics and refractories industry for MAL Ltd. MAL Ltd are a Hungarian based company who manufacture a wide range of calcined aluminas. They also offer a range of low soda materials, typically below 0.1 % Na2O. MAL Ltd are presently developing a range of fine ground reactive aluminas which should be available during the second half of 2005. DSF will also offer the Silica Fume products manufactured by RW silicium GmbH in Germany. These materials are widely used in low cement and ultra-low cement castables.
