To whom it may concern, I am writing to inquire about the“Chrome Ore”. My direct client, a central state-owned enterprise, is a leading steel manufacturer in China (I can arrange my client to sign contract directly with you). The end users are its TWO Ferrochrome subsidiaries. It would be my pleasure if you can kindly answer my questions below: 1) Would you please inform the product specs? Actually we have NO specific requirement on both grade and size: **“Fine”, “Lump” or even “Raw Ore” are ALL acceptable, PRICE is our only concern.** 2) What would be the “MOQ” for our first business? (For long run, the monthly order should be a fairly decent amount, meanwhile I think starting with MOQ should be the best for us to build up the initial relationship.) 3) Could we possibly agree on “CIF” and “Sight L/C” for incoterm and payment term respectively? 4) How long is the "Lead Time" normally? (For both first business and long run) 5) Would you please give me any ideas on the offer price?
