Allied acquires ACTCHEM® intellectual property rights and licenses

Oct. 28, 2025 - Allied Mineral Products acquires ACTCHEM® intellectual property rights and licenses covering North America, Europe, Middle East, India, Asia, Australasia, Africa.

In June 2025, Allied Mineral Products, LLC purchased the intellectual property rights to ACTCHEM® – a family of abrasion resistant technology used in industrial applications, and recognized within global petrochemical and refinery companies, equipment fabricators, and engineering and technology providers.

Building on this acquisition, in October 2025, Allied obtained licenses to market and sell ACTCHEM® in North America, Europe, Middle East, India, Asia, Australasia, and Africa. Allied will supply the ACTCHEM® technology globally through their manufacturing facilities while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

ACTCHEM®’s innovative technology includes advanced binder systems and specialty additives within a recognized product line. ACTCHEM® products and technology support Allied’s existing product offerings with solutions for the petrochemical, energy, and mineral processing industries.
