TRL Krosaki receives Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Environment Excellence Award – 2026 in Platinum Category

Jan. 8, 2026 - TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited wins the prestigious Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Environment Excellence Award 2026 in Platinum Category in the Manufacturing and Engineering sector. The award was received by Mr. Amit Banik, Vice President (Technical Support Services & Refractories Engineering Services), TRL Krosaki from Mrs. Roshni Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Environment, Government of West Bengal on January 8, 2026 in a special award ceremony organized by ICC at The Lalit Great Eastern, Kolkata. Mr. Sanjay Budhia, Past President of ICC and Mr. Rajeev Singh, Director General of ICC were also present on the dais. Mr. Susant Sarkar, Deputy General Manager (Environment Management), TRL Krosaki accompanied Mr. Banik while receiving the award. The award ceremony was attended by Industry leaders, Senior Government Officers, Eminent Environment Specialists, etc. 

ICC Environment Excellence Awards are Organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to recognize outstanding contributions in sustainability, climate change mitigation, waste management, and environmental innovation and encourage collaboration between corporates, policymakers, and NGOs to advance India’s environmental agenda. 

Eminent companies such as HINDALCO, Ambuja Cement, Jindal Stainless, Wipro, Siemens, ITC, L&T, etc. have participated in this Award function.
