PRCO and Yinnailian joint venture to form a supply chain company

Nov. 18, 2021 - The ceremony of the strategic cooperation between Puyang Refractories Group Co., Ltd. (PRCO) and Tangshan Yinnailian E-Business Co., Ltd. (Yinnailian) was held in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. PRCO takes its advantage to cooperate with the platform of Yinnailian, which will benefit the entire refractories industry, especially bringing new opportunities to the import and export business and raw materials procurement of refractory product companies. This cooperation will bring a positive effect to the high-quality development of refractories industry in the future.

Mr. Liu Baikuan, President of PRCO stated that the primary purpose of the supply chain company is to serve the refractories industry. He mentioned that Yinnailian has the advantages of E-transactions and industry information services. PRCO has advantages in technology application and product quality control, plus PRCO's credit support as a listed company, supply chain company can not only better conduct financial cooperation with banks, but also will provide financial service support for more enterprises, reduce sales and procurement costs, and improve the operating efficiency of enterprises. Mr. Liu also said that the supply chain company will share the advantages of PRCO's international resources, help the industry to introduce high-quality foreign resources, help enterprises to expand the international market.

Mrs. Zhao Donglian, President of Yinnailian stated that the cooperation between PRCO and Yinnailian will provide better supply chain finance, technical support, sales, procurement, logistics, and import & export services to all refractory companies. The acceleration of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of the industry by supply chain companies will also help the entire industry to become more competitive in the world.
