PRCO Yingkou Plant achieves record high daily output of MgO-C brick

Aug. 27, 2021 - On the day of Aug, PRCO Yingkou Magnesia Refractories Co., Ltd. has made history - the output of Magnesia Carbon Brick has reached a record high of 440t per day. PRCO Yingkou Plant has achieved the automatic production of magnesia carbon brick from pressing, palletizing to finished product packaging through intelligent upgrading. The production line is mainly composed of hydraulic press, press robot palletizing system, AGV logistics system, destacking, and inkjet system, empty pallet buffer system, intelligent plane storage system, finished product palletizing system, packaging system, information tracking system, integrated management, and control system of production line, and general control system.

This completely automatic hydraulic forming equipment can achieve the pressing, demolding, clamping, and distributing work spontaneously during the whole process. The products produced are of stable quality, less spalling, high B.D density, high output, safety operation, and ergonomics. The comprehensive inspection pass rate for finished brick is over 99.9%.

The super large drying kiln for the brick has the functions and characteristics of window level operation, PLC automatic interlock control, all-weather monitoring, network cloud sharing, dynamic monitoring of energy consumption, variable frequency speed regulation, ultra-low VOC emission, etc.
