Furnotherm completes Haldyn Heinz glass furnace project

Jan. 2, 2024 - Furnotherm has completed a container glass project for Haldyn Heinz ahead of schedule. Haldyn Heinz Fine Glass (HHFG) is a container glass manufacturer based in Kosamba, Gujarat, India.

Indian furnace engineering company Furnotherm was tasked with rebuilding and expanding HHFG’s 95 tpd container glass furnace, which was designed by Horn Glass.

The target was for demolition of old steel, erection of new steel and installation of 1700 MT of refractories in 39 days.

Furnotherm completed the furnace construction ahead of schedule.

Furnotherm said it conveyed its sincere thanks to the HHFG team and the stakeholders of the project.

It continued that without their co-operation, the project could not have been completed successfully.

HHFG is a joint venture between Heinz Glas in Germany and Haldyn Glass in India.
